This is a small, invitation-only room for lead pastors serious about integrating college and young adults into the whole life of their church, not a program running alongside it. Because a church that integrates its next generation doesn't just survive, it becomes something else entirely.

What your $2,500 actually covers

This isn't a setup fee in the usual sense. It's 60 days of real, hands-on focus — Andy and Ken working directly with you and your team to get your rhythms in place, not just handing you access and wishing you luck.

• Dedicated time and attention from us over your first 60 days, building your integration strategy alongside you
• Leader Community tickets for both you and your college or young adult ministry leader — two a year for you, four a year for them

What's included after that:

• A second seat for your church — your college or young adult leader gets their own dedicated space within Elementum Churches, including their own quarterly Leader Community
• Bimonthly Living Room Conversations
• A monthly one-on-one check-in
• Two in-person Leader Communities a year for you
• The playbook library, as it's built

$350 a month after your first 60 days.
