The course below is a sample of some of the numerous resources that elementum provides to the collegiate and young adult ministry leaders that we partner with across the country. This one was so good we just had to share it beyond that scope!

Whether you're doing ministry to 18-30 year olds, are just someone who wants to know the God of the Bible more deeply, or are just curious about what elementum believes, our prayer is that these videos inspire in you a deeper love for the trinitarian God - for Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Your hosts

Ron Frost

Dr. Ron Frost has a deep passion for helping others discovery the delight of knowing and being known by the God of the Bible. After over twenty years teaching at Multnomah Bible College and Seminary, he spent 12 years as a global ministry working, training and equipping Christian leaders. He's now on staff with elementum, facilitating theology intensives and offering his decades of experience in ministry and knowledge of theology and church history to support young adult and college ministry leaders.

David Searight

David Searight is a life-long learner (he's currently working on two PHDs simultaneously - proof that he's at least partially crazy), lover of Jesus, and a deep believer in the importance of the local church. He leads a small community of Jesus-followers in California and partners regularly with Ron to facilitate elementum intensives and cohorts.

Ben Pontius

Ben is one of elementum's regional directors and coaches. He spends his days (and nights and weekends, more often than not) coaching, training, and equipping young adult ministry leaders, drawing on his 15+ years of experience starting and leading ministries that engage 18-30 year olds. Odds are if there's written content from elementum that you've read, he probably wrote it. He's a voracious reader, father of 3, avid board-gamer, and cook.

About elementum

elementum exists to be a catalyst to restore and launch young adults and college students into their Kingdom purpose. To put it in plain language, we're passionate about seeing 18-30 year olds come to know Jesus and follow him wholeheartedly as members of his body, the church.

We help make that happen by partnering with churches and organizations to support young adult and collegiate ministry leaders in their work of disciple-making by providing coaching, resources, trainings, retreats, and opportunities to connect with others doing similar work.
