Networks, conventions, and denominations share one goal with elementum: college and young adult leaders who are known, supported, and growing. Start where your budget is today, then step up as leaders and churches grow. Nothing here is locked. It's a starting point we shape together.

STEP 1

Leader Community Sponsorship

$199per leader, per gathering

Your network covers a leader's registration for an elementum Leader Community. It's one-time and per event, with no ongoing commitment.

The easiest way for a leader to experience the room before anyone commits to more.

STEP 2 · YEAR-LONG

Network Community

$4,000per year

Your network sponsors five leaders into elementum Community for a year, and sponsored leaders pay nothing. It's built for churches that need ongoing coaching and accountability but aren't ready for a full partnership: part-time leaders, volunteers, and youth pastors carrying college ministry.

Each sponsored leader receives

  • Monthly coaching calls with the elementum team
  • Playbooks and the full resource library
  • The elementum community platform
  • Free access to 6-week cohorts
  • One free Leader Community each year, then 50% off any additional

How it works

  • 5 seats included ($5,940 value at the standard rate). Extra seats are $49/month each.
  • Seats belong to your network. Swap a leader in or out anytime, like when someone moves up into full coaching.
  • Waives the $3,000 start-up fee if you later add Network Church Coaching.
  • 12-month term from sign-up. Paid annually, or quarterly ($1,000).
Moving up to full coaching? $2,000 onboarding waived.

When a sponsored leader's church steps into elementum's full coaching process (our Family level), its onboarding fee is waived. That fee normally covers the first 60 days of extra calls and team touch points. It's waived whether the church joins Family on its own or through Network Church Coaching.

After sponsorship: $49/month.

Leaders can keep their Community seat at half the standard rate, as long as they stay connected to your network.

You set the expectations for sponsored leaders and churches, like attending network gatherings, bringing students to your events, or partnering on your network's priorities.

The 50% rates stay with them as long as they stay connected to you.

STEP 3 · CHURCH PARTNERSHIP

Network Church Coaching

$2,400per church, per year · network share at 4–9 churches

Your network sponsors churches into elementum's full coaching process. It's the same partnership our Family churches receive, including all four Leader Communities each year. Your network covers most of the cost, and each church contributes $50/month: small enough to be accessible, real enough to give them skin in the game.
