God is writing a powerful story through Elementum — one that began in 2010 with a simple call to help churches disciple young adults and has grown into a global movement of leadership development, training, and Gospel multiplication. We’ve seen leaders transform communities, campuses mobilized toward mission, and disciples made who are shaping the next generation for Christ.

As we enter 2026, we are asking you to join us in strategic, life-on-the-ground investment in leaders across the United States and around the world.

The Impact of Your Generosity

Today, Elementum is working with:

  • 70 churches across the U.S. to equip them in discipling young adults effectively.
  • The University Discipleship Movement in East Africa, offering support on 64 campuses to spread the Gospel.
  • Thousands of leaders annually through trainings and conferences, empowering them to reach tens of thousands of college students and young adults with the hope of Christ.

    Establishing a new regional leader community in the Orlando area.

  • Orlando Leader Lab (April) — $1,800
    In-depth leader formation intensive.

  • Oklahoma Leader Lab (Central Region) — $1,800
    Training leaders in a key U.S. hub.

  • East Africa Leadership Trips (2 International Trips) — $7,000
    Deep relational investment with leaders in East Africa.

  • College Metro – Greenville, SC — $1,300
    Equipping college leaders in an emerging context.

  • Oklahoma City Leader Training — $1,200 (COMPLETED)
    Targeted leadership equipping event.

  • Minneapolis Area Leader Training — $1,500 (COMPLETED)
    Leadership training in the Upper Midwest.
