Free yourself up to focus on giving your team the in-the-trenches ministry experience by enrolling your resident(s) in the elementum residency cohort.Â
They'll connect with other residents at ministries around the country, learn practical skills like leading a team, evangelism in a post-Christian culture, communication and vision-casting, disciple-making, and so much more over the school year.
The Cohort Includes
Weekly cohort calls
A weekly 90-minute cohort Zoom call to help residents process and apply their learning and experience.
Practitioner Seminars
A bi-monthly seminar on a leadership topic or skill that's essential for ministry, taught by ministry practitioners.
Two Intensives
Each semester will include one 2-4 day in-person intensive that will dig deep into a specific topic and provide personal connection.
Practical fieldwork
All learning will include guided opportunities for putting it into practice with the help of the ministry's senior leader.

What they'll learn:
the Young Leader's Cohort follows a two year cycle. The 2026-2027 cohort will focus on leading outward and dig into topics like:
- Biblical Disciple-making
- Communication in leadership
- Essential skills for leading a team
- Engaging post-Christian culture
- Crafting and casting vision
