They'll connect with other residents at ministries around the country, learn practical skills like self-leadership, time management, goal setting, leading a team, disciple-making, and so much more over the school year.
The Cohort Includes
Weekly cohort calls
A weekly 90-minute cohort Zoom call to help residents process and apply their learning and experience.
Practitioner Seminars
A bi-monthly seminar on a leadership topic or skill that's essential for ministry, taught by ministry practitioners.
Two Intensives
Each semester will include one 2-4 day in-person intensive that will dig deep into a specific topic and provide personal connection.
Practical fieldwork
All learning will include guided opportunities for putting it into practice with the help of the ministry's senior leader.
Space is limited to 10 residents.
