Choose your Model
One that actually makes disciples.
Gathering, small groups, classes, missional communities, dinner church, intergenerational models. There's no shortage of ways to structure a college or young adult ministry. The harder question is which one fits your people, your context, and what you believe changes a life.

Your model. Not theirs.
Most leaders don't really choose a model. They inherit one, or borrow it from a church or conference they admire. And every model carries assumptions about what actually changes people.
Every model does some things well and breaks somewhere. Knowing which is which is how you build something that fits your people instead of copying someone else's ministry.
In this webinar, we'll walk through
The major model families
Gathering, small groups, classes, missional communities, dinner church, and intergenerational models.
What each one does well, and where each one breaks
An honest look at the strengths and the stress points of each.
How to choose your primary model
Without copying someone else's ministry.
This is for you if…
- You're launching or relaunching a college or young adult ministry
- You're running a model you inherited and aren't sure it fits
- You're weighing a new structure and want to choose well
- You want to build something that actually makes disciples, not just fills a room
